Returns


Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged.

The same exclusions apply to our Returns Guarantee as for the right of withdrawal. The following products thus cannot be returned under the Returns Guarantee (unless defective):

 Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items;

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, especially personalised Handmade items or digital contentcan not be refunded unless faulty.

 

You are responsible for covering the cost of the returm to us and we advise using a tracked sevice as the item is yours until it arrives back in our posession. Once it has been inspected and deemed appropriate for a refund we will issue this within 5 business days of recieving and inspecting the item.

We will refund the cost of the original delivery to you if the item is faulty but if you have just "changed your mind" then will only refund you for the item only.

 

Customised Products

Customised products include any products that are configured, personalised, or inscribed; for example, engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving or printing. Custom products are not returnable but may be refunded or replaced within 30 days of delivery if the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered. If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by us.
