Our standard shipping service is Royal Mail 48, is priced at £1.99 for a Large letter and £5.50 for a small parcel. This service typically delivers parcels within 48 hours, making it a reliable choice for customers who are not in urgent need of their purchases.
For those requiring faster delivery, the express shipping option is Royal Mail 24, it is available at a cost of £2.99 for a Large letter and £6.50 for a small parcel. This service aims to deliver orders within 24 hours, providing a more immediate solution for customers who prioritize speed. The slight increase in cost reflects the expedited nature of this service, which can be particularly beneficial during peak shopping periods or for time-sensitive gifts.
International Shipping
For international customers, shipping options are also available. The Royal Mail Large letter tracked service for international shipping is priced at £10.99 and £15.99 for a small parcel. This service offers tracking capabilities, allowing both you and us to monitor the parcel's journey. International shipping can often take longer than domestic options, and the tracking feature provides reassurance regarding the status of the shipment.

We ship our products using a choice of 100% biodegradable eco-friendly packaging materials or upcycled materials for a more carbon neutral solution. As we and consumers become increasingly aware of environmental issues, sustainable practices in shipping and packaging is a must for us.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch items to you within 2 businesss days of revieving the order. Once they are in the postal system we can not be held responsible for delays. If in the unfortunate event that an item is "lost" in the mail it is Royal Mails policy that we have to wait 10 working days (Monday to Friday) after the order was due to arrive for it to be classed as lost. Once this date passes we will of course offer a full refund and claim against the lost mail ourselves. Also once the package in the the postal system we are unable to change the order or refund the item until it is returned to us.
Returns
Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged.
The same exclusions apply to our Returns Guarantee as for the right of withdrawal. The following products thus cannot be returned under the Returns Guarantee (unless defective):
Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items;
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, especially personalised Handmade items or digital contentcan not be refunded unless faulty.
You are responsible for covering the cost of the returm to us and we advise using a tracked sevice as the item is yours until it arrives back in our posession. Once it has been inspected and deemed appropriate for a refund we will issue this within 5 business days of recieving and inspecting the item.
We will refund the cost of the original delivery to you if the item is faulty but if you have just "changed your mind" then will only refund you for the item only.
Customised Products
Customised products include any products that are configured, personalised, or inscribed; for example, engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching, carving or printing. Custom products are not returnable but may be refunded or replaced within 30 days of delivery if the products are damaged/defective upon arrival, or materially different from what was ordered. If there is a misspelling or error in the configuration, inscription, or design due to a mistake by us.
